It's a bizarre spring! We got a sunny/warmish day..got up to 69 degrees. West winds are blowing tonight bringing another cold front fresh from the Pacific, back to highs in low 50's for the foreseeable future. I got soil in my raised beds today but have no illusions of planting anything in them right now. Fingers x'd for ya that the snow will just go away!
Love the fireside shot. It's seems so crazy to me, living in Florida, that it's still cold up there... but I realize, cognitively anyway, that the bad weather persists. Stay warm.
Your blog is beautiful. I'm in love with your house. It's something we don't have over here in Scotland and not something I'll probably ever get to see. Ella is a sweetie. Hope you all had a Happy Easter :0)
I know that our spring is weird, but 6 inches of snow in late April... I am Russian, but I don't remember having such snowy April there. Are you sure you live in S.Dacota, not in Siberia? I love the picture of your fireplace!!!
Well, as long as someone enjoys the work and (still) waiting for spring!
ReplyDeleteWe finally had a beautiful Spring Day...but rain back tomorrow. Oh well, such is the weather in the Pacific Northwest. Happy Easter! XOXO

ReplyDeleteThough I am not a four-legged dearies person, I like watching them. Your babies look adorable. Happy Easter!

ReplyDeleteSnow! Clouds and rain, not quite snow but does deter me from working in the garden. Beautiful Ella by the fire.
