No, I did not contract early onset Alzheimer's on my birthday and forget how to blog. I just don't have anything to share. I've started several projects, but haven't finished them. I went hunting, but didn't see a thing. My garden is done. I'm afraid I have the blogger blues. I couldn't even get a good photo of my mascot the Blue Jay. Hopefully, it won't last long. In the meantime I will look to my blogger friends for inspiration.
Ripley is dying to get to run in the woods, but we are keeping him under wraps under Michigan firearm deer season has passed. We have still dodged the'snow bullet'. A flurry here are there. Our turn will come....
ReplyDeleteYou will get buck fever when I post a collection. Turnips are a deer treat and easy to broadcast over a field. They will eat on them all winter.
ReplyDeleteOh Bonnie we have all been there my dear friend. Love the Blue Jay. HUG B
ReplyDeleteI have always wanted to collect recipes from our blogger friends and make them into a nice cookbook. You have lots posted already, maybe you can blog on cooking or homemade beauty products and craft. Thank you for the kind words on my loss of Bird.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you Bonnie! I feel like anything I'd post would be a repeat of life on the farm...from last year at this time! Glad to hear from you even though you're feeling "the blogger blues"!
ReplyDeleteBonnie,
ReplyDeleteThanks for letting us know you are alive! I think we all go through the blogger blues. One of my problems is I think "who want to look at pictures of black cattle?" I get tired of taking black cattle pictures my readers must get sick of looking at them.
You live in the beautiful Black Hills, take a nature walk and share what you see. Be careful of mountain lions!
Well you Blue Jay on the Birch inspires me :))
ReplyDeleteI think we all get the blogger blues from time to time, we're here when you need us :)
Oooh, So sorry, Blogger Blues is so hard to get over, in fact I am experiencing a bit of it myself. I will look forward to your return.
ReplyDeleteHappy belated birthday! I love the picture of the blue jay, and I can relate to the blogger blues. We've still missed out on the snow, but it's been windy, wet and dreary for days on end. I've been taking pictures of rocks on pallets, so you know how exciting life is here, ha.
ReplyDeleteWe all have times like this!
ReplyDeleteThe blue jay picture looks great to me. I like the way the background is brighter than the foreground. I like to read about the little things--the mundane can be interesting. But that said, don't worry about not writing. Do other things, have fun! We'll be here when you come back.
ReplyDeleteI've been blah about posting lately too. I'm glad you popped in and shared your blue jay. I like him.
ReplyDeleteDon't know what it is... but I've been a little lost concerning my blog lately. No flow whatsoever! It will be get better. Hopefully.
ReplyDeleteI like your bluejay photo. :)
