I'm out picking berries: gooseberries, juneberries, and currents. In the meantime, enjoy the garden. I'll be in the woods a picking or in the kitchen jamming.
Lucky you to have peonies at the end of July. Here in my neck of the woods, they bloom in early May to mid-May, then we have to wait another year for them. All your flowers look lovely.
I know you had to wait a long, long time for those blooms. There though is something about your blooms that are so much more breath taking than the ones here. I think they are worth the wait. Have a wonderful time enjoying your beautiful summer.
