It's all about family...

To me Christmas is all about family. We open presents together. We are all in the kitchen working together to create a delicious dinner. Then we all go sledding. This was a fabulous Christmas. Everyone had a great time. The food was great and nobody got hurt sledding. Well, maybe somebody got hurt sledding, but they are recovering nicely.

From our kitchens to yours a belated Merry Christmas!

I love your aprons! No sledding possible here. No snow, but there are warnings that it is coming. Have a great holiday. -Jenn

What a lovely group, you are blessed to have a huge family. I like the aprons, they make the cooking even more fun. I have given many for gifts.Waiting for a big storm here today. Plan on baking breads and cinnamon rolls.Spray cooking spray on the bottom of plastic sleds and they really zoom.

A young girl was walking along a beach which thousands of starfish had washed up during a terrible storm. When she came to each starfish, she would pick it up, and throw it back into the ocean. People watched her with amusement. She was doing this for some time when a man approached and said, “Little girl, why are you doing this? Look at this beach! You can’t save all these starfish. You can’t begin to make a difference!” The girl was crushed, suddenly deflated. But after a few moments, she bent down, picked up another starfish, and hurled back into the ocean. She looked up at the man and replied, "I made a diffence to that one." Soon the man and the other people on the beach helped her. All of the starfish were saved.
