Back to the grind...

Well, it is snowing again.   I'm back to indoor tasks like cleaning house, re-organizing the pantry, and planning the garden.  I enjoyed watching the deer.  They don't seem any happier about the snow than I am.

I did get one project done.  My two wayward  tomato plants were extracted from the rosemary plant and are now snug in their own little pots.  They are getting huge.  I am anxious to see if they will make it to see the summer sun. They didn't have much of a root system, but I buried them deep and they seem content.

I hope everyone is enjoying better weather.  We are supposed to get more snow on Wednesday.

  1. Oh too bad about the snow, I hope it melts fast. Your tomatoes look great. I weeded my garden yesterday and found one in the weeds.
With today being the first day of spring, I hope this is the last of your snow. Have a lovely week.

  4. Blah! Sorry about your snow. Those are beautiful pictures of the deer, though. Isn't it amazing how resilient seeds are? When we plant seeds on purpose, they don't always cooperate, but the accidental ones thrive. -Jenn

  5. It's snowing here today. We're predicted to get 3-12" depending on the forecaster. I keep reminding myself that it won't last long. It won't...right?

  6. Why did you let it snow? (heehee) Your 'maters look pretty happy for just being moved. Hopefully you'll have juicy ripe tomatoes before you know it.

  10. No snow on the prairie, Bonnie. We did have a rain shower come through yesterday. It left us with .12" of moisture and settled the dust.

I'm glad you enjoyed the Farmer's Daughter guest post I did. Thanks for being a consistent blog reader, I appreciate it.
