Winter awaits...

We have been busy.  Thus, I haven't been able to take Ella for her weekend run.  We were finally able to get out on Saturday.  She was super happy to get out, as you can see.
 See Ella Run.
 Run Ella Run.
Ok, maybe we should stop running.

That's better.

I enjoyed watching this doe and fawn today.
I needed to slow down and enjoy what is around me.
I guess they just want to see what is around them.  It has been a chaotic last few weeks.  I hope everyone else is experiencing a more soothing season.

  1. Ha, look at those ears!!! Ella sure looks like she's happy to be running in the snow. I love your deer pictures. They would make beautiful Christmas cards. -Jenn

  2. Your photographs of the deer are beautiful. I bet Ella took some drying off when she came in.

  3. It's nice to slow down. Yes! I agree with Jen, the deer pics are beautiful and would make lovely cards. I'm slowing down a lot these days. By the end of the week I should be working at a normal pace. Good for you for making time to get out with Ella!

  4. Love that 3rd shot, she is going full steam and loving it. Snow barely came down bit last night but we are getting deluged with single digit cold all week. On a hike yesterday a friend felt a bit over dressed wearing long johns.Headed to the Y early today, need a warm water workout, sauna and a few laps.
