Bonnie, I'm so jealous...our tulips and daffodils have gone until next year. I am looking forward to peonies soon, but seeing your yard is pleasing! XOXO
WooHoo the Daffodils are blooming! And those checkered tulips are quite a sight! Looks like the snow is completely gone. Now watch..your going to get some fantastic weather and totally surpass our growing season! I hope weekend is swell!
I was looking down, eating my lunch, as your blog was coming up on my computer. When I looked up, I saw how beautiful your header photo is. I love your place!
jtomac, those are fritillias. I've seen them on other blogs, too. I want to see if I can find some this fall. Nice photos!
Oh, and you mentioned you can't grow milkweed. There are different kinds. Some years, my smaller ones come back after winter, and other years, I have to start over. They seem to be doing well lately.
How beautiful! Yay for spring in your neck of the woods! You must be thrilled... I don't think I've ever seen such pretty pink tulpips. Is that what they are? thanks for sharing them on farmgirl Friday! enjoy your flowers! Deb
