Thankful...

I am thankful for my family...

I am Thankful for leftovers in a turkey pot pie...

I am thankful that I am caught up quilting and have the front and back of one graduation quilt done.

I am thankful to be married to a wonderful man who helps me light up a random tree on our road to spread holiday cheer.

Sorry for the poor quality. I'm not much of a film editor.

The movie had it right, it's a Wonderful Life.

I hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving.

We did Thanksgiving well here. Best turkey ever and lots of turkey dishes and frozen turkey and turkey stock for future meals.

A young girl was walking along a beach which thousands of starfish had washed up during a terrible storm. When she came to each starfish, she would pick it up, and throw it back into the ocean. People watched her with amusement. She was doing this for some time when a man approached and said, “Little girl, why are you doing this? Look at this beach! You can’t save all these starfish. You can’t begin to make a difference!” The girl was crushed, suddenly deflated. But after a few moments, she bent down, picked up another starfish, and hurled back into the ocean. She looked up at the man and replied, "I made a diffence to that one." Soon the man and the other people on the beach helped her. All of the starfish were saved.
