We have a camera by our mineral block in the woods. Just so we can see what is out and about while we aren't around. I thought I'd share our little crop of fawns.
Hope you enjoy looking at the little buggers as much as I do.
We have a pair here that romps through our yard. I love hearing them "bleat" to call out to Mama when they lose sight of her because they've gotten sidetracked by a butterfly or some berries. Something about watching them is so comforting and playful. Yours pair are adorable. XOXO
There have been deer births, too here in our woods. For now the sightings are few and far between which means mama is keeping them form our yard. One doe has a single and another doe has twins. When first sighted they were the size of medium sized dogs. I'm sure they're bigger now.
They are so cute! My husband has a trail cam in the woods behind our house...I always laugh when we see the photos - it's usually squirrels and their big fluffy tails. :-)
Excellent captures, they always melt my heart

ReplyDeleteSo precious! I hate to see them in my garden though!
ReplyDeleteOh I do I do:) B
