A second life, indoors...

My talented husband has been laid up for two months, unable to do anything other than watch tv, listen to me, and look at the walls.  It would drive lesser men insane.  Instead, it caused him to be very creative.  He took two old barn wood boards and some shed antlers and made a nice rustic shelf for the cabin.  Here are the results..

  2. Really looks nice, the rifle appears old. A friend made his gun rack out of pony shoes welded together. The bears with marshmallows are great.

  6. We see lots of deer here but never find any shed antlers. My guess is other animals get there first. His shelf looks very nice indeed.

  9. This is too much fun. I love sheds! And I love what you all did with them. When I saw the corner shot with the stove and bears, I thought to myself, "Wow, that looks a lot like the wood in my brother's house in the Black Hills." Then I read your "about me" and realized you could be neighbors after all. I'm following you to satisfy my longing for the foothills to the Rockies!
